The Confession Chapter 7

"Class, we have a new transfer student here!" Their form teacher, Mr Lam, raised his voice. Everyone turned to look at a nerdy-looking guy. Ew! He is wearing striped tee and three-quarter pants? And actually tucked in his shirt?! What kind of guy is he? Did he even know there is a word called "fashion" in this world???

"Um... I'm John." The nerdy guy looked at the class nervously, his fists clenched slightly at the side. In fact, his shy character made Christine think of Nicole. Nicole, on the other hand, could completely understand how hard it is to speak to a class of bored-looking faces. She smiled brightly at John, trying to encourage him and boost up his confidence level.

"It's the first time a girl even looks at me... She even smiled at me. Oh... She's just so lovely and cute." John blushed slightly and looked down at the floor.

"John? What kind of crap name is that? And the way he wears his clothes is so...." Christine stared at John disbelievingly. "What a.... NERD!" She rolled her eyes and turned to do her Science assignments.

She had completely forgotten about it! Spinning her pen around and trying to concentrate, she gave up and turned to Nicole for help. However, Nicole was busy pitying the poor boy and wondering if she should invite him to join them for lunch.
"Don't tell me you are pitying him and wants to eat lunch with him..." Christine seemed to have read her mind. "Well, I don't really mind, but you will have to do the asking... Heheh"
"Alright. And hurry up and finish your homework!" Nicole reminded Christine that Science lessons is just a few minutes to starting. Christine looked at the clock, thinking that Nicole was just joking.
"Shit..."
....
Yup, Christine managed to complete her Science assignments. It's a miracle how she manage to finish the whole paper. (When actually, she had asked for Nicole's one earlier to "refer" to her answers) And now, it's lunch time.
Nicole was relieved that Tim was not in the canteen today. She really cannot stand watching her crush flirting around with her best friend. She bought her food and met up with Christine.
"Look. There! John's there... He seemed to be alone. Should we go join him?" Nicole gave Christine the innocent-cum-puppy-eyes face. Christine shrugged, then she carried her food, waiting for Nicole to lead, reluctantly.
"Um... Could we sit here?" Nicole asked, feeling a bit shy. John looked up in surprise. he could not believe this. No one wants to sit with him, no one is ever interested in him... But now?
John nodded his head in exhilaration as he moved his place closer to the end of the table. It is obvious that his face was red, like two ripe tomatoes! :) Nicole giggled as she teased him for easily feeling embarrassed.
"So, how do you think school's like?" Nicole asked him.
"Erm... Q..Quite normal... L...like usual, I g..guess" he stammered through the whole sentence. And instaneously lowered down his head when his eyes met Nicole's. Nicole blushed too.
"Eh! You two here! Am I invisible? Stop being lovely-dovey in front of me. It creeps me out..."Nicole gave an irritated look.
"What?!" John and Nicole answered back together, almost right after Christine had finished her sentence.
"Lovely---" Nicole said
"Dovey????" John continued.
Christine nodded her head in agreement as she crossed her arms.
The two of them turned to face each other as they screamed out, "This can't be true!!!"
'Ding... Ding.... Ding....'
"Time for maths lesson. Come on, quick!" Christine hurried Nicole and John while looking at her watch.
(During Maths lesson)
Everyone was busying solving the questions on the worksheet that was just given out by the teacher. As per normal, Christine had finished it within ten minutes while John, judging from his nerdy-looking face, it is no wonder that he had done it in less than five minutes. Hence, the both of them are free to do their own things. But guess what, instead of reading her mangas like she always did in the past, Christine was actually spending her time, keeping a look out for John as she seems to realise that John was spending his free time staring at Nicole having difficulty solving the questions.
'She just seems to be the most eye-catching person in the whole class. And why's my heart beating so fast whenever I look at her. According to the romance stories that I had read, could this be a sign of me having a crush on her.... Nah... This can't be true. John, wake up! Use the remaining time left to check your work again and again' John thought as he could not take his eyes off Nicole.
Christine tried not to laughed out loud when she saw how John's nerdy face looks like----eyes almost sticking onto the lenses of his glasses and saliva drooling out from his agape mouth.
'He did not even notice me looking at him when I am just sitting next to Nicole. Bet he is really head-over-toes on Nick' Christine gave a soft laughter and smiled while she stole a glance of Nicole's confused look while she was trying to make sense of what the question is asking about.
'Wonder how Nick feels towards him' she thought about it. Somehow, she feels that John did not stand a chance, looking from the way how Nicole looks at Tim---eyes sparkling with glitters.
'This is getting more and more interesting. Will she choose Prince Tim or Nerd John.' She sighed once she thought of the possibility of Tim liking Nicole. Suddenly, she felt an ache near her heart, and moved her hand to where is hurts.
'What am I actually thinking of?'

Hi Hi!!!! The synopsis of "The confession" is finally up! Please enjoy! :)
A normal girl, Nicole, was in love with the most popular, wealthiest and the talented in all means guy, Tim for entirely two years. Now, she is going to confess to him, by giving him her love letter in front of the whole school. But, instead of accepting it, Tim rejected it at once and Nicole was heartbroken, at the same time, being teased by the other girls under the leader of Jen, a popular girl in school.

On the same day, Nicole met a new friend, Christine, who was a transferred student from another school. However, she fell in love with Tim too just from the first look of him. Meanwhile, another transferred student was also introduced to the whole class, John. He really lived his life like his name--- being very old fashioned. With a pair of Harry Potter's glasses and nerdy looks, he did not dare to confess to Nicole that he had a crush on her. Christine, who knew about it tried to help him do a make-over. Will he succeed in his confession? Well, only us knows!

At the same time, while Tim always went after Nicole to know more about Christine, he realised that little by little, his heart moved closer to Nicole. But, he did not want to aknowledge it as he thought that there is no way for him to really like a person. Fun, disappointment and jealously ensured their love for each other as their lives intercepted.

Would Tim finally confess to Nicole, or will Nicole agrees to John's first after seeing his make-over appearance? What happens when Christine fell in between the two of them? This love triangle is a surely a must read series that once you read it, you can never take your eyes off it.By:FT gurls

Srry huh. I am giving ur present on Monday due to time constraints...

Cos I haven't even finished my homeworks, let alone work on your presents and stuff! Plus somemore still got CCA (a.k.a. Co-curricular-activities...)!!!! And I have leg cramps, for I-have-no-idea-what reasons... Urgh! So to my Daring daughter, you shall have to wait for ur presents... (And I am paying for the bag too... My heart hurts at the thought of handing the money, but nvm!) XD

My Birthday is coming!

Hahaha.... I know I am being lame, but just bear with it! Cause I wanna share with you guys about the excitement I am feeling right now!

First of all wish me Happy Birthday! My friends' gonna give me presents tomorrow! The first ever I am so excited about going to school! (Cause I usually dreaded coming to school...) What kind of surprise are they going to give me? Well, other than them themselves, I'm sure no one knows right?

Anyway, Kar Wei, whatcha going to give me??? You're making so hyped-up, especially after you asked me about whether or not Flo is my "daughter". Does my surprise have anything to do with this??? Don't tell me yet! Wait till I find it myself! ^.^

And, Mike and SAQCY members, what kind of bag will you guys give me??? I am so curious! Hope it will be a very very pretty and stylish one!

Well, looks like tomorrow is going to be a really fun and full of excitement day! I'm so looking frward to tomorrow and 27th(going out with my family to I-dunno-where-it-is place!)

The Confession Chapter 6 ^^

  "I'm so sorry for running away yesterday!" Nicole looked at the floor, feeling ashamed of herself. Christine laughed and hugged her tightly, just glad that she's her normal self again. Nicole felt more relaxed now and relieved that Christine did not ask her any question. She had been worrying for the whole morning about how she's going to explain everything to Christine. Well, it seemed like it's only unnecessary worrying...
 
Christine smiled at Nicole, dragging her towards towards their classroom. There were only two seats left. However, it's mos unfortunately right in front of JEN (Rmb? The "goddess"!) and the wanna-bes...

 Christine, not knowing anything about the "goddesses", was walking cheerfully towards the two seats. Nicole tugged at her arm, trying to slow her down. However, Christine did not get her hints and instead pulled Nicole along. Nicole dreaded the "goddesses"'s snide comments, especially after her failed confessions to Tim. However, there seemed to be no point in worrying... Something was very wrong.

 They were not giggling and gossiping among themselves like they usually do. Instead, they were looking like angels, smiling sweetly at them.

  "Hi! So, you are Christine? I am Jen." Jen twirled her blond hair, greeting Christine "casually" with a friendly grin. Nicole stared at her in disbelief, then she looked at Christine. It's obvious that Christine got the "it" factor and that the goddesses" approved of her. Praying silently that Christine will not fall for their tricks, Nicole sat down reluctantly.

  Christine was amused. The "goddesses" which Nicole seemed to dread a lot were not as "evil" and "mean" as Nicole made them out to be. In fact, they were kinda friendly too. And MOST importantly, they had got the right styles... Fashion!

  Once the lessions were over, Nicole quickly got up and rushed out of the classroom. "Wow. She really hates those 'goddessses' a lot..." Christine mumbled. She picked up her shiny new sling bag and strolled out of the classroom, heading towards the canteen for lunch. However, Jen stopped her.

 "Hey, Christine. Wanna hang out with us together for lunch?" Jen asked coolly. Christine was positive that Nicole would not be happy to know that they were going to eat with the "goddesses"...
 
"Never mind. I am eating with Nicole," Christine smiled politely. This caused an uproar. The "goddesses" started to snicker.

 "What? That loser?" Jen raised her eyebrows and wrenched her nose in disgust. "You are rejecting us for that..."

 "That was mean." Christine stared at Jen, defending Nicole. Jen just ignored her and whispered into one of the other wanna-bes' ears. They looked at Christine, then starting snickering. Christine knew they were just trying to spite her. She ignored them, held her head high and walked off with dignity.

   Nicole saw Christine defending her and how she got teased by the "goddesses". Now she felt terribly guilty for ever being jealous or angry with Christine. She silently vowed to treat Christine better and cherish her more. Christine smiled at her brightly when she spotted Nicole waiting for her at the corner. She immediately walked towards her, seemingly glad to get rid of the "goddesses". They hooked their arms through each other's and walked to the canteen together. And so...

  "Um... Excuse me!?" Nicole pat the man blocking their way. The man turned around and Tim? He's TIM! Christine was reminded of the text message he had sent and hope that he would not mentioned it in front of Nicole...

  "Hey babes." Tim winkewd at Christine. Nicole rolled her eyes, trying to ignore him for she knew perfectly well that Tim didn't even care if she exist. Plus she did not want to see them both acting so lovey-dovey in front of her... The feeling was just UNBEARABLE!

 Christine sensed Nicole's annoyance but she could not stop herself from staring at Tim. He's HOT. Oh gosh. Stop it...

  Christine understood why Nicole would have a crush on that guy even through he was only a heartless jerk. She could totally see it! And now, she could not take her eyes off him...

 "Go away..." Nicole mumbled. Tim pretended not to hear and continued grinning at Christine. Christine closed her eyes, then took a deep breath.

  "Um... We gotta eat. Move it." Her voice sounded so firm that TIm moved without any protest. He just shrugged and made way for them to pass.

 The rest of the day were just like the usual---Boring! They ignored the "goddesses" and tried to have as little contact with them as possible. Well, at least Nicole insisted in doing so. Then, they finished their lessons and went to hang out. This time, Nicole did not run away. No, she didn't...

24th Fed 2011
Dear Diary,
  Why can't I just give up on Tim? Why am I still affected by him? It's so so so obvious that he likes Christine and it's impossible between him and me! So, what am I doing? Urgh! I should just forget him... But how? I can't...
  Plus Christine seemed kinda attracted to Tim. She is my friend and even willing to reject the "goddesses" for my sake!
  I felt so confused. Please tell me what to do!!!!

Yay! Qiu Yi's birthday is coming! Let's wish her a happy birthday!!! ;)

The Confession Chapter 5~ ^^

(In Nicole's bedroom)

  "Why is that guy so unaware of how the others would feel? Don't he think before speaking?" she sniffed, sobbing uncontrollably again. She wiped her tears with her hands. Her heart felt like breaking... She didn't know how it happened. She finally cracked. She heaved deeply. She felt much better after crying.

  She opened up her diary book as she grabbed a pen. She wiped her face clean with a piece of tissue paper, then starting writing. She tried to concentrate... Penning down all the things that had happened today, how terrible she felt did help to make the day seem better.

23rd February.

Dear Diary,

  My heart is shattered into pieces. Tim don't even like me at all. Instead, he is interested with Christine. I hate myself but I am jealous. How or what should I do? Should I give up? But I really liked him a lot...

  Ever since my first very year in Woodvale High School. Now somehow, I just feel that Christine had snatched him away from me. In some way, I feel that Christine did like Tim too, not just as friends too! Sometimes, I thought that maybe Christine likes Tim too. Would we become love rivals in the future? I don't want that to happen! No! Maybe I should just give up...

  She stopped writing and shut her book close, then she put it back into her drawer before locking it up. She stared at the drawer for few blank seconds. Then, she scrambled back into her bed and soon, she was sound asleep. Shh...

(In the meantime, at Christine's bedroom)

  "So Tim asked Nicole for my number? And he called Nicole out to get informations on me? That's so sweet of him... NO! Wait. He hurt Nicole though. Nicole behaved weirdly ever since that time..." Christine sighed. She realised that Tim had asked for her number from Nicole when she received the text message from Tim that day.
  She remembered the time when Tim had called out for Nicole instead of her. She had felt so disappointed that he actually gave up on her so easily... However, that doesn't seem to be the case.
  Christine pinched herself, trying to stop thinking about Tim. After all, she had already deleted Tim's text message and decided to ignore Tim for Nicole's sake. She treasured their new found friendship and wasn't prepared to let a guy like Tim ruin it.
  Maybe she can just reply to his text message... She grabbed her phone and started typing:


-Chat about what? :o-     Christine


  As Christine waited for Tim's reply, she felt a bit guilty and uneasy. However, what's done can't be undone... Christine told herself that she was only trying to make friends with Tim and that Nicole would not mind it. Just then, her phone vibrated, causing her to jump.


-How about we chat about your charming beauty and the way you make me obsess and desire you? To my goddess... ;)-        Tim


  Christine smiled and blushed as she read Tim's message. "No, this is not right! What am I doing? Flirting with my friend's crush... No WAY!" Christine may not be a good student, but she is a loyal friend. Though Tim is a totally HOT guy, but for Nicole, she can resist his tempts! Or would she?

Chapter 4!! ;))

 Chapter 4

She didn't care if people are staring at her... She cried and cried... Her eyes were red and swollen. And yes, she knew how awful she looked. But she could not stop... No, she didn't want to stop!
   "Huh?" Nicole looked when she felt a pat on her shoulder. She stared at the man who was looking at her. Tim!?! She quickly turned away, avoiding his eyes.
    "Erm..." There was a long awkward silence. Nicole's heart can't help pounding furiously as she wondered what Tim wants from her. She hated the way hope always rekindles everytime she see Tim. Even through Tim is a jerk who broke her heart thrice already, she still...
   "I am sorry. I didn't know you will be so upset!" Tim looked at Nicole warily, trying to be as sincere as he could be. Nicole nodded her head, still trying to avoid his glances. Maybe Tim wasn't such a jerk after all...
   Nicole wiped the tears away (subtly) and looked back at Tim. She smiled at Tim assuring-ly, hoping he will not see the tears. She tried to pretend that nothing happened...
 "Um... So can you... give me Christine's number?" Tim asked unsure-ly, afraid that Nicole will suddenly have a break-out again. However, this time, Nicole knew and had already accepted the fact that she and Tim were just not meant to be.
   "Here..." Nicole passed a piece of paper teared off from her notebook, with Christine's number scribbled on it. She tried to compose herself even though deep down inside, her heart is throbbing and hurting. Tim accepted the paper.
"This is perfect!" Tim mumbled to himself. Once he got the paper, he practically ignnored Nicole. Nicole was not surprised, just upset. Part of her was jealous of Christine but the other part of her told her that Christine had nothing to do with this... But it seems like the "evil" part covers a larger percentage.
(Back in class)"What's wrong?" Christine immediately spotted Nicole's silence when she returned. Nicole ignored her and kept staring at her empty desk. She did not feel like talking at that time, especially not to Christine. She knew that she was being childish, but she just can't help herself.Christine nudged Nicole, which Nicole returned with an "evil", devil-looking glare. Christine sighed, finally giving up. She sat down there, watching Nicole, and enjoying the peaceful silence...

"Hmmm..... What did Tim do to Nicole Now, she is ignoring me!" Christine pondered, frowning slightly as she tried to concentrate.

"let's grab something to eat..." Nicole pulled Christine, clutching her pinic wallet in one hand. Christine was so surprised that she almost tripped over when Nicole finally talked! "The world is back to noraml again", that was what is in her mind at that very moment. She nodded eagerly at Nicole, smiling at her.

As they made their way to the near-by stores, Christine finally can't bear it anymore. She stopped all of a sudden. Nicole looked back, ushering her to come. Christine shook her head stubbornly. Nicole held her hands in defeat as she smiled at her. Nicole, feeling slightly amused, waited patiently for Chrisine to start speaking...

"Do you mind if I ask you a question?" Christine asked while giving an innocent cum please-say-yes look and sparkling puppy eyes. Of course, ou of sympathy, Nicole agreed.

"Yes!" Christine punched the air with her bare fist, smiling at Nicole when suddenly , her expressions changed when she thought about something. "But you must promise me that you will not be angry. Okay?" She placed her both palms together, as if she was begging Nicole for something.

"Okay?" Nicole answered curiously.
"Really? You sure?" Christine asked again to double-check.

"yes..." Nicole answered again.

"Really really sure???"

"Can you just go straight to the point?!"

"Okay, okay. Alright. I get it." Christine tried fanning NIcole to calm her down.

She took a deep breath in, and out. And closed her eyes hard enough before opening them again.

"What happened between you and Tim?" she finished the whole question in just a twinkle of an eye's time.

Seconds went past as Nicole stared directly into Christine eyes.

"What?"

Christine repeated her question again.

Once she said  that in a slow, robotic mode, Nicole 's mind flashed back the scene whereby Tim had asked her for Christine's number.

Tears were about to roll out and she felt a surge of feeling, the feeling that will make you want to cry out, coming through her throat. She swallowed her spit and blinked hard enough to hold back her tears. She left Christine with only a "sorry" before turning away and walking out of the class.

"What exactly happened to the both of them?" Christine whispered to herself as she saw Nicole walking off. For once, she tough she saw a drop of water dripping down from Nicole's chin.

"Beep Beep....." she felt her phone vibrating inside her pocket as she managed to fish it out after squeezing her hand in.

Text message content:

Hi! Tim here. You free now? Wanna chat? 

At that moment, Christine finally knew what had went wrong as she deleted the text message...
